This Agreement will take effect immediately upon receipt of the first month’s billing. Unless agreed to in writing by morConnect, no
amendments, either written or verbal, to this Agreement will be accepted. The monthly charge will appear in the "Other Companies"
section of your Enbridge Gas Distribution bill or through a preauthorized payment on the 1st or 15th day of the month following the date of this agreement for Term set out above. By signing this Agreement you are purchasing a morConnect Heating and Cooling Protection Plan, and/or offsetting 2.2 Tonnes of Carbon Emissions annually, as indicated above. You agree that you have read, understand and agree to the General Terms and Conditions on the reverse side of this Agreement, including the "PAD Agreement" and the terms of our Privacy Policy outlined in Section 17 of this Agreement. morConnect and Energy Canada Home Comfort Ltd. are not owned or affiliated with Enbridge Inc. or Enbridge Gas Distribution. My Consumer's Rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002, are outlined in Section 3 of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement. Customer acknowledges receipt of a copy of this Agreement.
