We were having troubles with raccoons on our attic and actually felt pretty scared. We contacted morconnect through a mutual friend and they came in on time and took care of the full problem within 1 day! We actually got our attic insulated to R60 level and now have a much better heated home. Now just yesterday we contacted morconnect again since our water heater stopped working. Once again they came within 1 day and replaced it for a new Tankless water heater. Our new tankless heater looks beautiful and actually works much better!! Highly recommended!!!

We has been experiencing issues with our furnace for a couple of weeks that seem to be a mystery to a few technicians. Had we proceeded with the recommendation of the second technician (a contracted company) we would have had to replace a 7yr old good quality furnace. Thank goodness for the gentleman (Carlos) with the insurance company who was assigned our file. Carlos was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and comfortable. He also sent out a couple of honest competent technicians, who as well went above and beyond. In the end all we needed was a small part replaced which was covered through the insurance. The one technician has called a couple of times since to make sure everything was working properly. We’re so grateful and highly recommend these men and the insurance company.
